Abdoulaye and Nfally are inspired to help when the need arises and believe right now, youth first need to be understood in order to be helped. Thus, the Youth Leaders will produce, distribute, and collect responses to a survey that analyzes not only how athletes have been affected by the pandemic, but what would help them going forward. Abdoulaye and Nfally will deliver the surveys contact free to families in their area so that they can best understand the local affects and discover how they can help others in their own community during this time.

Once the results from the survey are collected, Abdoulaye and Nfally will produce a documentary through the Special Olympics Senegal YouTube channel highlighting how Special Olympics athletes have been affected so that they can share the message beyond their own community. The Youth Leaders hope that this will inspire others to discover how they can best foster an inclusive community in their own areas during this period. Abdoulaye and Nfally are paving the way for the Unified Generation in Senegal by listening to the voices of Special Olympics Youth Leaders and athletes.
