Fabiola and Jackelyn’s gymnastics clinics will bring young people with and without intellectual disabilities together to form new friendships and learn a new skill that promotes flexibility, strength, and coordination.

Over the course of the year, Fabiola and Jackelyn will have 85 gymnasts, with and without intellectual disabilities, engage in clinics and support fellow participants as they compete in gymnastics tournaments. Along with creating a new Unified gymnastics club, Fabiola and Jackelyn will also train five Youth Leaders who will help continue the project and provide opportunities for many gymnasts to come. Fabiola and Jackelyn were inspired by their own sibling relationship and their experience with Special Olympics to lead this project, which will empower the Unified Generation and welcome everyone to the Special Olympics Family.
