Ilitai and Perizat are now leading a Youth Innovation Project aimed at connecting Special Olympics athletes amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this project, Ilitai and Perizat plan to introduce Unified Sports activities to boarding schools in Kyrgyz Republic as they still have in-person instruction. These schools have Unified classrooms, but little opportunity for collaboration outside of classes.

Last year, IIitai and Perizat led a Youth Innovation Project which brought Unified Sports to schools in their area. This year, Ilitai and Perizat decided to expand their project to boarding schools. Through their innovative thinking and expansive creativity, Ilitai and Perizat are empowering the Unified Generation to build on their ideas and to never give up on inclusion.
