This event will integrate health and social wellness into a community event, including the Spread the Word Inclusion campaign , by creating a celebratory experience for individuals with and without intellectual disabilities. Lilie and Emilia hope Walk and Roll will become an annual celebratory event in Denver that will continue to grow and expand inclusion awareness across the city.

Over six months, Lilie and Emilia will plan and promote their interactive project which will engage 200 individuals with and without intellectual disabilities as they celebrate inclusion. Lively music will accompany participants as they walk and roll on a course lined with celebration stations. Lilie and Emilia are excited to bring positivity and fun to individuals with intellectual disabilities while promoting inclusion at the Colorado State Capitol in Denver. As members of the Unified Generation, Lilie and Emilia hope to inspire other Youth Leaders and members of their Colorado communities to continue living Unified and encouraging others to join the Special Olympics movement.
