These students will join together to engage in activities to improve agility, motor skills, and teamwork with others.

Through this program, Andrea and Cristian aim to increase communication between the different schools and create more Unified relationships. To start the project, Andrea and Cristian will search for participants at the different schools and share a presentation about their project to create more excitement. Once youth are engaged and interested in participating, Andrea and Cristian will work to form different teams of Youth Leaders to bring the project to life in their schools through Unified activities. By combining students from each of the two schools, the youth will gain the skills needed to implement Unified Sports and other inclusive activities.

For Andrea and Cristian, being part of the Unified Generation is a rewarding experience as they have the opportunity to learn more about intellectual disabilities and create a future of inclusion. The two understand the importance of inclusion and are excited to make friends through the project and encourage all youth of the Unified Generation to do the same.
