He participated in the 2018 Global Youth Leader Forum in Baku, Azerbajian and the 2019 Global Youth Leadership Summit in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He wants to take what he’s learned there, as well as build upon past projects, to help other Youth Leaders grow and make the biggest impact possible. In this project, Luca plans to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and leadership skills of the youth advisory group he’s involved in with the hope that they will utilize those tools to engage even more future leaders and advocates of inclusion. 

 Over the course of 9 months, Luca will support the inclusive youth advisory group through the process of strengthening their skillsets, practicing leadership and collecting the information they’ve learned in the youth training sessions at events like Global Youth Summits so it can be passed on to new Youth Leaders. This will take place at an interactive workshop that prepares the advisory team to lead at least two Youth Leadership seminars at Special Olympics events like the 2022 Special Olympics State Games. Through his project, Luca plans to bring the knowledge and skills of Youth Leaders within Special Olympics Germany to the next level, thereby empowering them to recruit new volunteers and create even more inclusive experiences. As a member of the Unified Generation, Luca believes in the power and importance of inclusion, and he says it best: “togetherness becomes a new meaning when you open the group for everyone to participate.”
