Andre Peeters currently resides in Belgium and has had numerous experiences while working within the sport of Football. Andre started his volunteered with Special Olympics Belgium in 1990 as the Chair Technical Committee from 1990 to 2002. From there, he began working with Special Olympics Europe Eurasia as a Football and Unified Sports Consultant (2003), the Chair of the SOEE Football Committee (2003), and a Technical Delegate for multiple European Football Tournaments and Games (Warsaw 2010 & Antwerp 2014). Andre also has served as a Technical Delegate for multiple Special Olympics World Games (2007, 2011, and 2019) and also the Chair of the SOI Global Sport Resource Team, Football.
In addition to his work with Special Olympics, Andre also works as a Team Manager for the Multifunction Centre for people with an Intellectual Disability and as an Organizer and Lecturer for qualified trainers (Coaching Footballers with Disabilities) for the Belgian Football Association.
