They plan to do so by leading a Youth Innovation Project that brings youth with and without intellectual disabilities together through inclusive sports, activities, and education. By implementing this project in their community, Havya and Akshar hope to engage new Youth Leaders in Special Olympics and create new Unified Schools in order to develop a more inclusive and accepting society.  

Over six months, Havya and Akshar will implement Unified Sports and fun inclusion-building activities like dancing and singing as well as recreational activities like coloring and other crafts at existing and new Unified Schools. They will also organize a mega event where they will do fundraising along with the 50 new Youth Leaders they plan to recruit. Havya and Akshar plan to use social media to grow the reach of their project and promote inclusive education on a broader scale with a goal of making 10,000 social media impressions. Through these inclusive activities, Havya and Akshar want to create opportunities for youth to learn, grow and develop together and improve their social skills, giving them the tools to create a culture of belonging for everyone.
