Tanner and Cara are Special Olympics Youth Leaders from Montana, USA who are leading a Youth Innovation Project aimed expanding the message of inclusion to college campuses.
By starting a new Special Olympics club at Carroll College, Tanner and Cara are continuing a passion they had in high school and showing that inclusion carries into every stage of life. Tanner and Cara are planning to launch the club by organizing inclusive activities for all students to participate in. They hope that through this club, other students become passionate about the Unified Generation.

Over the course of six months, Tanner and Cara plan to host a Winter Inclusive Dance, a Polar Plunge fundraising day, a Spread the Word campaign, and a Unified Sports softball weekend all to spread awareness about Special Olympics and inclusion. To Tanner and Cara, being a part of the Unified Generation means spreading kindness, and the ability to see things from a new perspective.
