Gerald’s journey as a legally resettled refugee led him to Special Olympics in 2015. Now, he’s a key advocate for inclusive sports programming, made possible by Lions Clubs International Foundation, that foster social and emotional development.
Through the “Mission: Inclusion” partnership platform, the Lions Clubs International Foundation and countless Lions Clubs have become a pivotal global partner in the lives of athletes with intellectual disabilities throughout the world.
