Karyn has over 17 years of experience in communications, event planning, and organization dynamics. She achieved communications and organizational goals working across diverse cultures in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific, China and Singapore.
Karyn served as the marketing and communications manager for the Special Olympics Asia Pacific region for 5 years and has worked as a consultant with Special Olympics Philippines.
As part of Unified Champion Schools, Karyn has strengthened organizational effectiveness by building sustainable systems, advancing operational planning, and leading team capacity‑building that enables staff and partners to work more effectively. She is known for translating complex organizational needs into practical, mission‑driven solutions.
