On this episode of Inclusion Revolution Radio, we are highlighting the power of perseverance, partnership and possibility in a conversation between host Novie Craven and brothers Kyle and Brent Pease, world-renowned push-assist athletes, disability advocates and co-founders of The Kyle Pease Foundation.
Kyle and Brent are global symbols of inclusive sport, making history as the first brother team to complete the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, as a push-assist duo. In speaking with Novie, they reflect on what it means to trust each other, to share purpose and to challenge long-held perceptions of disability.
Born with cerebral palsy, Kyle has completed more than 150 races alongside Brent and continues to inspire others through his advocacy for inclusion in sports, employment and everyday life. Brent, an experienced endurance athlete and Executive Director of The Kyle Pease Foundation, has supported the building of a nonprofit that has championed hundreds of athletes, raised more than $10 million and expanded access to adaptive equipment and inclusive employment opportunities.
Together, Kyle and Brent are proving that inclusion is limitless. When people are given the chance to participate fully, everyone wins. This episode of Inclusion Revolution Radio is a powerful reminder that inclusion is a team effort.
