Rachel Brody is Senior Vice President, Global Youth and Education at Special Olympics, where she leads youth leadership and education programming across the global movement.
Most recently, Brody led the Global Partnerships and Resources Team at Teach for All, overseeing initiatives spanning AI and educational technology, climate education, girls’ education, education in emergency settings, the future of work, foundational literacy and numeracy, student leadership, and inclusive education. Over the past decade, she has advanced inclusion efforts across Teach for America and Teach for All through program design and implementation, partnership development, grantmaking, and team leadership.
Brody holds a B.A. in Communications from Texas State University and a Master's in Education from George Mason University. Based in Seattle, Washington (USA), she brings a global perspective developed through work across multiple countries and contexts, grounded in her early career as an educator in Washington, DC. She and her husband (also an educator) have a daughter and two cats.
