Special Olympics Coach Webinar Series 2021, presented by Gallagher

Coaches are the lifeblood of the Special Olympics movement. Every day and everywhere, our coaches show up—rain or shine—to ensure their athletes train, learn and play at the highest level.

This year, in celebration of the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE)’s Coaches Day, we’re saying #ThanksCoach by launching the Coach Webinar Series 2021!

Special Olympics, together with presenting sponsor Gallagher, have gathered an exciting, international team of experts on all things coaching to participate, including our partner iCoachKids. Beginning 23 September and spanning a total of 6 weeks, we will offer a free Zoom webinar each Thursday where coaches will hear from panellists about a weekly topic. During webinars, each panellist will share their unique perspective on topics that examine every angle of the coach experience.

Thursday sessions will be supported by exclusive, limited capacity, interactive workshops the following Tuesday. These collaborative workshops will be a space where coaches can explore how to apply webinar lessons in day-to-day coaching practice, network with other coaches and engage with webinar panellists. Webinars and workshops will run at the same time for each date:
