Beach Volleyball - Technical Delegate - International Volleyball Federation

Fernando Costa Marques d’Oliveira is a former professional volleyball player and national team coach with more than 25 years of experience in sports management. He has worked with sports federations, confederations, and committees and brings extensive experience in the organization and management of major international sporting events. His event experience includes the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio, the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, and the 2019 and 2023 Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi and Berlin. His combination of elite volleyball experience and major-event management expertise will support the delivery of Beach Volleyball at Santiago 2027.
