YiYue Ge has been involved with the Special Olympics East Asia sport team since 2019 and has served as a member of the Tennis Sports Resource Team since 2021. YiYue supported the 2019 Special Olympics East Asia Tennis Competition and has contributed to Tennis coach education through virtual webinars and regional workshops. From 2020 to 2023, YiYue provided technical instruction to the Special Olympics China Tennis Team, which achieved four gold medals at the 2023 World Games in Berlin. YiYue also served as Technical Delegate and lecturer for Special Olympics China Tennis events in 2026 and supported the 2025 Special Olympics East Asia Tennis Coach Workshop and Competition.
