Table Tennis - Technical Delegate - International Table Tennis Federation - Americas

Santiago José Mercadé is an Argentine sports administrator with a background in Political Science and nearly two decades of international experience in table tennis governance and event management. He currently serves as Director of Events and Development and Director of Rules at ITTF Americas, while also supporting the Comité Olímpico Argentino and managing Argentina’s National Para Table Tennis Team under ENARD. Santiago has served as an International Technical Delegate at multiple South American, Pan American, and Para Pan American Games and has held competition management roles across ITTF, ITTF Americas, and CONSUTEME events. He holds an Executive Master’s in Sports Organization Management from the University of Lleida and extensive ITTF certified training in officiating, competition management, and event organization.
