Badminton - Technical Delegate - Badminton Pan America Confederation

Ricardo Emilio Salamanca Benitez brings nearly 20 years of experience in sports administration and international badminton competition management. As Events Director of the Badminton Pan America Confederation, he leads technical and organizational initiatives focused on strengthening competition delivery across the continent. His multi-sport experience includes the Pan American Games in Toronto 2015, Lima 2019, Cali 2021, Santiago 2023, and Asunción 2025, as well as serving as Referee and Technical Delegate for the Special Olympics Latin American Games Asunción 2024. Ricardo has also been appointed International Technical Delegate for the Valledupar Para Games 2026 and Lima 2027 Parapan American Games. He combines technical oversight, event management, and a commitment to supporting National Associations in delivering high-quality competition.
