Basketball 3x3 - Technical Delegate - International Basketball Federation

Mark Wolfgram brings extensive experience in basketball, Special Olympics competition, and technical leadership. He has served as Technical Delegate for Basketball 3x3 at the 2023 Special Olympics World Games in Berlin and the 2025 Basketball 3x3 World Cup in San Juan, Puerto Rico. His Special Olympics experience also includes Assistant Technical Delegate roles at the 2015 and 2019 World Games, Technical Delegate at the 2014 and 2022 USA Games, four World Games as a coach, and leadership of the Special Olympics International Basketball Sports Resource Team. Mark has also served as a basketball referee and sports management director across basketball, softball, and soccer, as well as a clinician for eight Special Olympics sports.
