Rosie Garcia is a rhythmic gymnastics professional and certified USA Gymnastics official with more than two decades of experience in international judging, technical leadership, and competition management. She has judged preliminary and final competitions at multiple Special Olympics World Games, including Berlin 2023 and Los Angeles 2015, and has frequently served as a Head Official overseeing large groups of judges.
