
Wallace is entrusted with several legal fields focusing primarily on employment law, contracts, diversity and inclusion initiatives, trusts and estates, trademark, and general compliance matters. Wallace supports the revision and enforcement of Special Olympics General Rules and similar policies that uphold the mission of Special Olympics U.S. and international Programs, Games, and other events. Her responsibilities continue to expand as she supports the Chief Legal Officer with litigation, charitable registration, and Regional affairs.
Wallace obtained her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center and a Master of Public Policy degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Southern University and A&M College. Wallace previously served Special Olympics as a law clerk for two consecutive summers and clerked for tech conglomerate Cisco Systems, Inc., for seven months before joining Special Olympics full-time.
